Most people of course have good camping etiquette, unfortunately in our short time here, there have been those that have taken advantage of our hospitality and/or damaged our property.

To make yours and your fellow campers stay enjoyable and to help us in

complying with Board of Health, local law, and other regulations,

the following rules are to be observed.

5 MPH speed limit is for the safety of our guests, and to hold down the dust.

Quiet Time is 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Remember some of our guests have traveled many miles today.

Check out is at 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time. This allows us just a short time to clean up before the next guest registered can check in at 2:00pm. If in the event you need a late check out time Please ask at the office, and you will be charged and additional night if the site is available.

Some RV Parks don’t allow pets. We do, unfortunately some restrictions apply, we cannot accommodate Rottweiler, Dobermans, Chows, Pit Bulls, German Shepard or Wolf Hybrids due to insurance regulations. Pets are to be leashed, and cleaned up after.  There are waste stations around the park to assist you in properly cleaning up. Smoking is not permitted in any building. Please don't throw butts on the ground.

Visitors/Additional Guests are welcome; however, for our campers safety, and the safety of the children we feel it is important to know who is in our park at all times. This also defers theft and vandalism.  We strictly enforce all visitors register with the office upon arrival to the property, and that they know that they are expected to follow these guidelines. There is a fee per visitor, and a form to be signed. Anyone not registered will be asked to leave including the tenant they are visiting. It will be considered as trespassing and if need be the authorities will be called.

There is absolutely no washing of RV’s or vehicles of any kind on park property.

Only reasonable uses of water and electricity will be permitted. Please turn off lights behind you in shower house and DO NOT LEAVE on utilities when leaving the property for any length of time.  (i.e., turn off lights, air conditioner, and water)

Do not occupy, park, or use utilities on sites other than your own, or you will be charged for an additional site. There are underground wires and pipes you would be unaware of, this can create costly damages. Please stay on the gravel roadways at all times.

Properly dispose of trash and cigarette butts. Please keep the park clean for everyone’s enjoyment.

A dumpster is provided by the office building for your garbage. DO NOT BURN TRASH! Other guests don’t want to smell it & I don’t want to clean it up.

Possession of a firearm or a discharge or fireworks is strictly prohibited.
